' I do feel maybe they've bitten off more than they can chew with this volume, but I guess it's a bit soon to tell'
See, this is what is killing me here. The show is so uneven, it brings its highs and its lows far too often. I see parts and pieces of the show I love but there is so much going on that needs an explaination that I can't fully enjoy the show. I am sticking to waiting until the last ep for this arc , I want to see if by then I can make sense of what is going on.
The writers really need to work on emotional continuity and developing the relationships that made this show popular while forging new one's in a realistic way. Plot hole inconsistencies are one thing, but messing with character integrity and stunting development is a huge no-no in my book. What can I say, I miss what they promised and I know it's early but I went to long without it last year. I miss Nathan/Peter, sure we got them but not in any significant way this year at all, and the same goes for HRG and Claire.
