My judgement may have been colored by some fic I read over at cult_ships or rare_lost_ships once, a while ago. But then you've got that comment she made in, what was it, The 23rd Psalm? The "it's what people do" speech. And she did seem to trust Goodwin a good deal, so, you know, why not?
