I think to answer this question, we can ask: who on the show could Sylar have a child with without it being incest? Maya? Daphne? Heidi Petrelli LULZ!? Mama Bennet? Tracy? Or the third clone he mentioned- he said there was Niki, Tracy and someone else?

I've just heard that the identity of the mystery lucky(??) woman would be revealed in episodes 3x10/3x11 (which probably means the ending cliffhanger of 3x10 will be the reveal, and 3x11 will expand on it. In true Heroes fashion).
I just noticed on my most recent rewatch that Nathan's wedding ring is gone, though. WTF. I want to hope the Odessa ER forgot to give it back to him with his other personal effects. >_< It would really frustrate me if the writers thought they could just pretend he was never married and never allude to it ever again. Not cool, guys.
Mohinder and Sylar tied for hotness in my mind, but I ended up voting for Sylar because he literally exploded. Now that I see that Mo was voteless, I wish I'd gone for him. D:
I was the only one who voted for Knox as having the most interesting future. The previews for the episode kind of made me guess everything else.
Knox on the other hand I was not expecting at all. The very fact that he's been potrayed as the stereotypical black gangster-type made the revelation that he's working for the government(?) very interesting. Further more he's willingly following the daughter of a man he tried to kill. It makes me wonder if there's more to him then we've seen.

Previews are just so tricky, aren't they? Either they spoil every damn thing, or they purposefully mislead. I don't know who on Earth thinks either of those things might be beneficial to the show. Heh. I've stopped watching them altogether, lol.
I do hope we get to see more of Knox, as I find Jamie Hector's work really compelling to watch on the show. I like this idea of yours pertaining to how his power affects him... Something like it might shed some light on his deeper motivations.
But at least the Janice fiasco was sort of explained away, lame as that was. If Heidi and the boys don't get the same courtesy, that'll definitely be one of the lousiest thing this show has ever done, IMO.
