CSO may be the stupidest thing I have ever done, yes. (And if you don't know what CSO is by now, I suggest you don't ask.) But then again, people do take it far too seriously. Just... it's weird, because I never expected that strong a reaction - I guess the CS people have a kind of humor that cannot and should not be shared with anyone. ::sighs:: But I enjoy greatly all the fun I derive from it. Shame that some people won't ever want/try to get past that, though. I guess to some I'll always be Ade, the CSO webmistress, period, bar none. ::shrugs:: Blows ass big time, eh.

I went to see Life Or Something Like It with my bro tonight. What the hell was I thinking when I refused to like Angelina Jolie? She's so beautifully gifted. Gosh, she made me cry. Yeah, yeah, no big surprise here, but I cried throughout most of the movie. If you don't know what it's about, check the IMDB for a plot summary. It may sound corny on paper, but that was damn good. And I think I may just have got me a new crush on Edward Burns. ::sighs:: Anyway, yeah, great movie.

And as for Angelina Jolie... Ever since I saw Gia for the first time, I wasn't in love with her. She's, like you said, beautifully gifted, but he problem is that she is just so hot and pretty, and many people just can't look past that and look at her as talented woman, and not as a sex object. Quite a shame, really.

I just experienced CSO for the first time. And..uh...well, I'm totally lost for words. I realise now that it's some kind of joke...but...wow. Yeah. I mean...well, I'm sounding like the stupid, can't-screw-in-lightbulbs-type of Carby that is represented there now...I just don't know what to say that won't turn me in to the bitchy, whorish Carbies who seem to be the stars of CSO. But then, I don't think lowering myself to other peoples levels is the mature thingg to do...which is probably why I don't like CSO so much. Yeah, I know, I'm a preachy sensitive Carby right now...but, well, if CSO says anything its that you don't object to free speech. I'm just kinda shocked, I suppose, that there are these kind of bitchy, harsh things to say about what is actually about 10% of the Carby population. And trust me, I agree about the stupid, harsh reviews that some people leave for fics and about the things that some Carbies say - it makes me ashamed to be Carby. But geez...is this the way to react?

Sorry. I have the flu and life sucks in general...this is my crappy reaction. I just had to say something, I guess. Big mouth me. ;) ::sighs:: Damn 'ships. Makes life not so fun, does it?...

Ok. I think that what I am writing comes across as an anti-whatever-it-is-this-is post...and I'm sorry. Just so you know....I think that some of the things some Carbies say are terrible, and I hope you don't see me in the same light.

I definitely don't lump you together with them. :) You didn't sound preachy at all, just honest, and I appreciate that a lot. I also appreciate that we can still be on speaking terms, even though you strongly disapprove of something I did. You rock. :)

Ah. I finally figured out what all this CSO talk was about. Hmm. The site looks good. Nice setup. I'm not fully sure of what I think of the actual site though. Some things are amusing and I even agree with some of it but for the sheer fact that I know people lurk on LJ's, I'm not saying much of anything. Don't need any Carby vs Mod type deals happening on FF.

But I am slightly worried about how the Carbies reacted to it, with there sigs and crap. Hmmm. ::look::
