Well first you could've just swapped Bob's name for Sylar before loads of people had already voted (because the plain text is just in the coding) and I know there's another way too, because I did it once, but I don't recall off the top of my head :\

You can of course also make an entirely new poll and perhaps be forgiven by all. Kidding ;)
