My mind is blown. I grovel at the holy feet of teh Lindelof and teh Cuse. DAMN! There's so much I could say.

All the Jack/Sawyer in this episode killed me DED. The tent, Sawyer completing Jack's thought when talking to Sayid (omgz!), the ever-present snark (duh!), and the profession of trust and friendship (*gasp* BFFs!)

Also, "you got a son, Jack?!?" Ha! You bet your ass he does. And I'm totally considering that canon until proven otherwise, because, honestly? ANVILS EVERYWHERE. Jack so has a son. (And an adorable nephew, too. *sigh*)

Much love for Sayid. Sayid is awesome. Sayid should be the brains of the operation. Good on Sawyer for wanting to include him.

Charlie/Claire! Yay. The vaccine offering seemed quite random to me, but I loved Charlie tossing out the heroin statues at sea. Though, isn't it a given that they WILL wash up ashore? Wouldn't it have been more, uh, irrevocable, spilling the contents of each little bag into the sand? Anyways, I loved that Locke was looking on. And I really like Charlie again. When he was trying to work on the church by himself, I just wanted to jump through the screen and help him - though I'm not even a believer.

Poor Hurley. :( I strongly resent the fact that he was wearing a red shirt in the beginning of the episode. Green becomes him better anyway. Kate was great in supporting him. And you know what's weird? I kind of want to see another Kate flashback. That's brand new. I mean, after the evil-Sarah-keeps-Jack-from-seeing-kid story and a couple more Sawyer backstories, of course.

Alex looks like she could be a GREAT character. She seems very much against hurting innocents. Are they keeping her against her will? Does she think it best for her that she stay with them?

Miss Klu, or however you spell it = totes an experimental psychologist. Just the way she was speaking to Michael "Are we clear? Do you understand?" blablabla, and it was so obvious how full of crap she was when she said, "If you do this for us, you WILL see your son again. If you DON'T, you will NEVER see him again." *rolls eyes* Dumbass Michael. But of course, having your child taken away is bound to eat away at your former intelligence/sanity/common sense. (See also: Jack. *winkwink*)

Michael and Walt and those three minutes: I cried like a baby. That was an awesome scene and they acted the hell out of it.

As for the funeral scene, why didn't Locke attend? I mean, what, have he and Eko watched a surveillance tape and KNOW about Michael's killing spree? Speaking of, why wouldn't they tell others about that new hatch? Eh, Eko? Wait, I think I know. Because Big Stuff Happens in the season finale. *eyeroll*

Finally, sailboat! Aww, I love these group shots we get every once in a while of everyone standing together looking in the same direction. ♥ That's Desmond coming back, because, YAY DESMOND FINALE!! Also, the promo showed Jin and Sayid on the boat. Crazy promo that was. Can't wait, damnit!

All in all, outstanding episode. Excellent. This kind of eppy reminds me exactly why this show is in my Top 5 of All-Time.
