The West Wing = squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!1!one

Random, as always:

- I knew I missed Sam, I didn't know just how MUCH. I literally squealed when he excused himself from his meeting. Heeeeeeee!!!

- Whoa, Nancy McNally looks OLD.

- Aw, poor baby Otto. I bet the internets he'll be ending up Josh's assistant, though. The line about the intercom SO totally gives it away.

- Limo driver : cracked me the hell up.

- I love Helen Santos.

- Debbie (to Santos): My sister thinks you're very attractive.
Jed: She doesn't have a sister.
LOL! Man, I'm gonna miss this show something fierce. :(

- Who directed this ep? The close-ups during the Josh/Donna phonecall didn't do much for me, but eh, to each their own. I just found it SO overdramatic, as I did the zoom-in on Josh when Lou is pointing out again that he has no life and her voice is gradually drowned out by Teh Music Of Teh Dramatic Realization. Jeeeeeeezus.

- No Charlie! :'(

- Donna's ultimatum wasn't as evil and stupid and ultimatum-y as the spoilers made it sound. Or maybe, knowing what was coming, it just didn't strike me as such. I actually liked that scene. Speechless Josh always amuses me.

- Also, was that supposed to be Josh's apartment? Looked a whole lot smaller than I remembered it. Shame on TPTB for being so careless, AS IF Josh would have found the TIME to move. Yes, I'm nitpicky.

- SAAAAAM, Sam, Sam, the Sunshine Man. So much love for Sam. DAMN YOU FOR EVER LEAVING, ROB LOWE! But just the thought of Sam in the White House again, with Josh, Donna, possibly CJ (OMG TAKE THE JOB RIGHT NOW, CLAUDIA JEAN!!!!!1!) and by extension maybe Charlie (PLEEEEEEEASE!), Ainsley (0MGz Sam/Ainsley 4EVA!!!1!1!!) makes me so happy. DAMN YOU JOHN WELLS FOR SCREWING TOBY OVER! So that was a lot of caps lock of doom. I'm sorry.

- Santos asking Donna if, basically, Josh is getting laid = LMAO. The look on Donna's face = priceless.

- And grr aaargh, during that tiny little walk-and-talk Josh and Donna had, I was yelling at her to FIX HIS TIE, FIX HIS TIIIIE already. But alas, she didn't hear me. :( Seriously, it could've used some straightening. Just saying. 0:-) I guess the point was, given there was any, that they're past that kind of thing. (Having this whole new world of outlets for their sexual tension, obviously.)

- No Will! :'( Also, despite Mary McCormack being credited last week, she wasn't in the episode, not in this one either, and I'm just really doubtful they'll have that much time in the 3 remaining episodes to squeeze her in. So it looks to me like there won't be any closure to the Will/Kate story further than what we got in Election Day, Part 1. That's not cool. I mean, I'll live, but in any case we better see Will again.

- "The going-with-you part was all me." Squee squee squee. XD Sappy as all get-out, too, but come on. They're going to Hawaii. ♥

- Promo for the next week = crappiest promo I have ever seen, like, EVAR. Blech. "Won't only make you want to puke, you WILL actually puke." Exactly.

- One more for the road: yaySAM!!!!
