The Office, 4x02: Dunder Mifflin Infinity (<--oh yes, the website is up and running. I work for the Kalamazoo branch, LOL.)
I liked it, but not as much as last week's episode. The ageism subplot started out great - I love Creed so much, omg! XD But the whole thing with the gift baskets? I don't know, 'twas more on the cringe-worthy side. Dwight and Angela were FANTASTIC. I don't want them to stay broken up. <\3 And Kelly, LOLOL, I love her, too. Which leads me to Ryan, a.k.a. "Fire Guy." LOL, everyone's reactions when he came in. XD Another one of my favorite parts was when everyone found out about Jim and Pam - all of their reactions were great. And speaking of Jim/Pam, I loved when he told her about Dwight and Angela (saving it for her birthday, LOL!) and she already knew more than he did. XD So, yis, good episode - just not the best.
Grey's Anatomy, 4x02: Love/Addiction
I liked this one better than the season opener. Mama pwned! Cristina's awesome, Bailey's awesomer (yay!), Meredith was tolerable, Lexie still seems all right, I'm still onboard with Izzie/George (so sue me, world!), but I really felt for Callie. I still like Mark, Alex as well (which isn't a change), and liking Derek more and more - though I wish he would be strong enough to "not take less than [he] deserves." Maybe next week, heh.
Supernatural, 3x01: The Magnificent Seven
For the first half of the episode, I have to say, I wasn't impressed. I mean, it was light-hearted (more or less) and fun, and I am very happy to get the show back, but it didn't blow my mind in any big way. The latter part was more engaging for me, both storywise and on an emotional level. The little argument the boys had at the end? Yes. Do want. There can never be too much brotherly emo-ness, I say. I WANT TO CRY IN THE FINALE AGAIN. But I am intrigued by all of the rest as well. Tamara was cool, and the blonde hunter (I keep reading her name is Ruby?) seems like she could be a decent character. I also loved that Bobby was there so much. And Sam made a good point, the evils unleashed when the gates of Hell opened? Should make for a pretty interesting year, for sure.
Famous last words: if you're in North America tonight and there's a TV near you - WATCH FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! NBC, 9pm, you won't be sorry you tuned in. ♥

Date: 2007-10-06 04:01 am (UTC)Yeah, her name is Ruby. You must've been staying away from spoilers. There was a huge uproar when the fans heard about her. But I don't wanna spoil you, so I won't say why. Honestly, from this episode at least, I like her. She's anything but pathetic and quite mysterious, too.
Yup, dealing with the demons unleashed, the new, mysterious Ruby, Dean's deal with the demon, and so much more...one hell of a year indeed!

Date: 2007-10-08 01:34 pm (UTC)I've stayed away from spoilers as much as possible, and then I watched a Jensen interview that he did for some CW promo show or whatever, and let out this big huge mofo of a spoiler, and I wept in my soul. ;_; (Not for the specific spoiler as much as the fact I'm now spoiled for it.) I also gathered from my f-list that new girls were joining the show, but it's still all very vague up until now and I like it that way. :)

I don't know, I liked the gift basket idea. Maybe because gift baskets have infiltrated my life in many ways.
Aack, these shows are on at the same time here. Thank goodness for NBC's online playbacks.

Date: 2007-10-08 01:42 pm (UTC)Apparently Moonlight fared better than FNL in ratings, if that's the conflicting shows you were thinking of. I'm a little bummed, because I keep reading Moonlight isn't all that good, while FNL, which has garnered nothing but positive response from critics and viewers alike, struggles to find an audience. :/
