Chuck, 2x01: Chuck Vs. The First Date

AKDHLSJ;DFSKJHDAHLJD;AKDJHSLJ!! Guh, how awesome was that? I can't even count the ways. <3 <3 <3

LOL, okay, so I'm trying to put my feelings into words? All I've got is keysmash. Lulz. This premiere just made me so happy. :D

Heroes, 3x03: One Of Us, One Of Them

*squeeee* OMG. Best episode in the season so far, amirite?

How morally dark is Mama Petrelli anyway? She fed Sylar a victim, akdh;skjdhl!! O_O And then pairing him up with HRG was of course sheer brilliance, no matter how you look at it. I love it to infinity. I'm so excited to find out where it's all going, I can hardly contain it! 8D

Hiro, Ando, and Daphne's shenanigans were most excellent as well! It was really heartwarming to have the old Hiro back. Daphne's proving to be a great antagonist for him, and as always, Ando gets fantastic lines. Yay!

I'm excited for Senator Nathan to start getting his politics on! Also, when he plays Peter's message for Future Peter? The LOOK on his FACE! 'I will kill you with my bare hands.' Awwz. XD

Tracy and Micah totally broke my heart, omg. <\3 That poor kid... And Tracy (& Niki, et al.) were created! HOSHIT. Color me dense, but I never figured Linderman's1 experiments in eugenics to be that extreme.

1: I assume this was done on Linderman Group funding, based on elements of episode 1x22, Landslide.

Matt's ~spirit walk~ is kind of reminding me of last year's feudal Japan. I'm enjoying it so far, and even more so now with the white eyes thing, but I hope he gets out of there soon.

Everything about the bank heist was absolutely wonderful. EVERY. THING. <333 *in awe* Did I mention how amazing I believe this HRG & Sylar team-up to be? Ugh, there are NO WORDS.

By the way, I felt the dialogue last night was a tremendous improvement over last week's. And a welcome one, too. Well done, Mr. Pokaski.

Claire's thirst for revenge, petty though it may seem on the surface, actually strikes a chord with me. Girl has been through SO MUCH. I don't just mean the countless deaths, although not all of those were strolls in the park either, but she has been emotionally and physically abused so many times... :/

Peter, I can't even begin to say how much I love right now. I'll admit my Peter love went away for a large chunk of Volume 2, but what a comeback. Holy crap. Holy crap.

I'm not watching promos for future episodes anymore (and if I'm honest here, I wish people would put their reactions to them under a different cut), but apparently next week looks good too? Hee!

This was me being very succint, if it wasn't obvious enough. ;D Heroes polls will hopefully go up later tonight.

I don't knoooooooooow, khsklja;! :p

Was it Agent Charles Carmichael's cunning plan to overtake the bad guys? Was it Casey's reluctance to eliminate Chuck Bartowski? (OMG, "YEAH, I CATCH YOU WHEN YOU FALL" SLGFHLDASGASLDLDHFKSALLKSK;LA! Um. Sorry.) Or was it the way my heart just fell for poor Chuck when he realized he wasn't getting back to normal any time soon? Or any of the myriad other wonders this episode delivered?

I just don't know. I just loved it soooo muuuuuuuuuuch! <3333 :D

(edited b/c my brain seems to have blocked the word "it" for a minute there, lolwtf)

Carmichael's plan was pretty fly. Oh Call of Duty!

The amount of slash in this episode should have made everyone who likes Casey/Chuck very happy. I've been holding all of that goodness in for almost a month now. I'm happy I can get it out now.

Poor Chuck can't catch a break, to be sure. *hugs him*

I really think I need to get my studies done before Heroes comes on, because I had the feeling that after I watched the ep I was too distracted to appreciate the ep.
Eh, I'lll find time this weekend to watch it and get better feel for it.*deletes meta**

Nooo, don't delete anything. I'm interesting in hearing differing opinions, as long as it's not gratuitous bashing, which I know your meta wouldn't be. :)

Thanks, but I already did because I just felt like I should have watched the ep properly before making my post. I feel like a lot of what bothered me was probably due to my attention being almost solely focused on my studies. I didn't think I would get so engrossed in my japanese exercises, but I suspect its because I am learning all over again and I needed to devote most of my attention to actually get what I was doing.

There was a lot of awesome in this ep and I am hearing great things about the preview, especially for Mohinder.

My love for Present Peter knows no bounds. Seriously. "You don't have to do this, Knox! You can walk away!" Only Peter would say that. Aww!

I loved the Chuck episode but for some reason, I just didn't really like the Heroes ep. Grah :\

I KNOW

Claire's thirst for revenge, petty though it may seem on the surface, actually strikes a chord with me.
-nods- I know some people find it annoying...the rape/revenge metaphor is really going deep here, I think. And her bio-mom was pretty awesome in that scene

kind of strange that the most powerful moments (at least to me) were of moms either torturing or vicariously murdering young women. I'm not going to play the misogynist card here; though, just an interesting parallel

Conclusion logique, en effet.

Comme d'habitude, j'ai adoré l'épisode... et tes commentaires. ^^
